What is your return policy?
You can return items within 48 hours of delivery, provided they are in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver within 5 hours in select Nairobi areas. Rest of Kenya takes 2–4 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over KES 10,000 qualify for free shipping anywhere in Kenya.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes, in-store pick-up is available for all orders. Pickups are available Monday to Saturday, 0800hrs to 1800hrs at Ayden Plaza, Nairobi.

Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, we accept exchanges within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be in its original condition with tags attached. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
