We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we'll sort it out.

Eligibility

You can request a return within 48 hours of delivery, provided the item is:

• In its original condition — unworn and unwashed
• With all tags still attached
• In its original packaging

What's Not Eligible

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Underwear and intimates (for hygiene reasons)
• Items returned after the 48-hour window
• Sale items marked as final sale

How It Works

1. Fill out the return request form below with your order number and reason
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email
3. Once approved, you'll receive instructions on how to send the item back
4. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the item

Exchanges

If an exchange item is in stock, it will be shipped immediately. If the item is not in stock, your exchange will be held as a pre-order until the item comes back in stock.
