• All products listed are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to update prices, products, and policies without prior notice

Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is required at the time of purchase
• We accept M-Pesa, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout
• An order confirmation does not guarantee availability — in rare cases, we may cancel an order and issue a full refund

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees
• ARTFIT is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• All content on artfit.africa — including images, logos, text, and designs — is the property of ARTFIT
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission

Limitation of Liability

• ARTFIT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order
