If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 2 days of the purchase date, as long as it is in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. Please note that white products are not eligible for returns. Kindly note that you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Refunds for already processed goods within the lead time provided will take 4 business days to process.

For shipping, we offer in-store pickup for all orders. You can conveniently pick up your order from our store between Mondays and Saturdays, from 0800hours to 1800hours. Additionally, we provide free shipping for orders above Ksh 10,000, both locally and internationally based on volumetric weight.
